Operations Update.
Good Morning!
I wanted to give you all an update on day 4 of operations with our amended schedule. I’m very proud to say we are collectively performing at a high level. Each and every person is playing their role and processing an unprecedented amount of orders in our wiping cloth and mop categories. In my 25 years in business I’ve never seen events unfold at the pace and severity we have seen in the last seven days.
In a tumultuous environment we are doing our best to make sure we fulfill the needs of commercial cleaners, remediation companies and distributors providing wiping materials from households to government facilities. With layoffs and furloughs throughout the country, I feel fortunate that the Monarch Team is busy and continues to navigate at a healthy pace. With automated pallet movement, scanners and a high level of communication, we are processing volumes with efficiency. I consider all of us fortunate that we are maintaining our business and can provide for our families in a time where many cannot.
Please remember to continue taking steps to remain healthy. We have posted CDC messaging for maintaining a clean working environment. We are doing our best to maintain clean surfaces, antimicrobial stations and encouraging social distancing when at all possible. We remain committed to serving our customers in this unprecedented time of need, maintaining our core values, and providing for our team.
